Vincent W. Naso, Founder, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer, founded CDMS in 1983. Mr. Naso architected and developed the core of the CDMS software services. Prior to CDMS, Mr. Naso operated a successful consulting business, specializing in agriculture software development. In addition to operating CDMS, Mr. Naso owns and manages ranches and other commercial interests in Yuba and Sutter counties, CA.
Elisabeth A. Magill, President & Chief Operating Officer, joined CDMS in 1992. Prior to joining CDMS, Ms. Magill held sales and marketing management positions in the agricultural communications business. Since joining CDMS, Ms. Magill has directed the expansion of the CDMS sales, marketing, and operational organizations. Ms. Magill received a B.A. from Dickinson College.
Don L. Jackson, President, joined CDMS in 2005. Mr. Jackson has held executive & general management positions with information systems companies for the past 17 years, with extensive experience in business and market development, product development and engineering. Mr. Jackson holds a B.A. in Computer Science from the University of Texas and an MBA from Southern Methodist university.
C. Scott Mueller, Senior Vice President, joined CDMS in April 2000. Prior to joining CDMS, Mr. Mueller served 16 years in senior sales and marketing management roles with Dow Chemical. Mr. Mueller holds dual B.S. degrees in Business Administration and Agricultural Economics from Kansas State University.
Jeff Zaletel, Vice President Systems Engineering, joined CDMS in 1993. Mr. Zaletel directs the design, development, and enhancement of all CDMS’ technologies comprising the services CDMS provides to its customers. Mr. Zaletel holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science from California State University, Sacramento.
Steve V. Protine, Vice President Technical Data, joined CDMS in 1990. Prior to joining CDMS, Mr. Protine worked as a Field Agricultural Biologist in Northern California. Since joining CDMS, Mr. Protine has directed the development of CDMS regulatory and label databases. Mr. Protine received a B.S in Agronomy and a minor in Biological Sciences from California State University, Chico.
Timothy J. Purdy, VP, Finance, joined CDMS in 2006. Prior to joining CDMS, Mr. Purdy held executive, financial management, and consulting positions in various industries, including healthcare product sales and distribution, natural resources, and telecommunications. Mr. Purdy is a CPA and received a B.S. degree in Business Administration-Accounting from California State University, Sacramento.
Donnie Taylor, Vice President – Channel Development, joined CDMS in 2007. Mr. Taylor has held both domestic and international sales, executive management and marketing positions with basic chemical manufactures, distribution and service providers for the past 27 years. Mr.Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agronomy from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Charles T. Schiller, Ph.D., Vice President – Data Services, joined CDMS in 2007. Dr. Schiller has more than 27 years of product development, technical service and business development experience with Bayer, Monsanto, and Arysta LifeScience. Dr. Schiller received a Ph.D. from the University of Illinois in Plant Pathology and is a co-developer and patentee of the Symmetry FDS fumigant delivery system.
Philip G. Neufeld, Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, joined CDMS in 2007. Mr. Neufeld has held executive and senior technology management positions focused on the delivery of information technology software and services for more than 20 years. Industry experience includes distribution and retail services to the agricultural production and healthcare markets. Mr. Neufeld holds dual B.A. degrees from the University of Winnipeg and an MBA from Cal State University Fresno.
